Shipping
Waltco Express ships from 52 national warehouses. All orders placed prior to 2:00 PM (the time zone in which the order is placed) normally ship the same day Monday thru Friday. Most orders will be shipped UPS Ground and must not be routed to a post office box. Upon request, Waltco Express can ship using other freight companies to ensure that your delivery is prompt and problem-free. Call Waltco Express (888) 922-9672 with special delivery requests, and we will do our best to assemble a logistics package to match your needs UPS cannot ship some items due to their size and/or weight. These items will be shipped by Common Carrier. Shipments including these items will normally require an additional 1-4 days for delivery.

Truck Deliveries to Business Addresses
Truck deliveries do not include inside delivery. Truck shipments are tailgate/dock delivery (the driver will bring the item(s) to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item(s) inside. Inside delivery and/or setup is available in some metropolitan areas for an additional charge. Contact us at 888-922-9672 or by email to service@waltcoexpress.com for a quote. Be sure to include the item numbers of the items you are inquiring about in your email. Truck deliveries cannot be scheduled, however we can request that the trucking company call before attempting delivery. A signature is required for all truck deliveries; someone must be available during business hours to sign for a truck delivery. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for credit or replacement.

Truck Deliveries to Residential Addresses
Inside delivery is not available to residential/home addresses. Truck shipments are tailgate/curbside delivery (the driver will bring the item(s) to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item(s) inside. Residential delivery is not available in some areas of the country; we will contact you if delivery cannot be made to your address. Truck deliveries cannot be scheduled, however we can request that the trucking company call before attempting delivery. A signature is required for all truck deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for a truck delivery. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for credit or replacement
