Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (not including shipping or freight costs) within 30 days of your purchase. All returns or replacements after 30 days must be done directly with the manufacturer of the product in which a restocking fee may apply. Please consult the warranty information included with your products. All returns must be in their original packaging, unless the item is defective. To return an item, send an email to service@waltcoexpress.com or call our office at (888) 922-9672 and request RMA #. No returns of any kind can be accepted without a return authorization number. We will reply by email with a return authorization number and shipping instructions for your return. Include the following information: 1. Your order number. 2. The item number of the products you wish to return. 3. How many of each product you wish to return. 4. The reason for the return. Is the item defective or damaged? Was the wrong item shipped? 5. The condition of the item: opened or unopened. We do not accept returns at our customer service office, please ship your return to the warehouse address included in our email reply. We suggest shipping with a carrier that provides proof of delivery, as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be credited. UPS and FedEx automatically provide this. Delivery confirmation from the Post Office is available for a fee if you ship by mail. Once our warehouse has processed your return, the refund will be applied to your credit card account or a credit will be issued. A credit memo can be issued upon request. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the processing of returned merchandise. WaltcoExpress.com pays return shipping only for items shipped to you in error or received damaged or defective. Any claims for damage and/or shortages must be made within 7 days of the date of shipment. Special orders cannot be returned.

Waltco Express accepts all major credit cards American Express, VISA, MasterCard and PayPal. Your account can be set up to automatically bill to the card of your choice. . We do not apply charges until your order has been shipped. We cannot accept credit cards billed to institutions outside the United States. Please refer to our security statement regarding the security of your on-line credit card purchases.

Open Account Orders
Waltco Express will issue credit terms with current and correct company information on file. Customize your account for purchase order usage and ship-to address changes. Credit terms and limits vary per customer. Contact a Waltco Express representative at (888) 922-9672 to open your account today. Checks and Money Orders If you do not wish to pay by credit card or open account, Waltco Express can accept your check or money order. Your order cannot be shipped until payment has been received and verified. Checks may require as many as 10 days for approval. Be sure to include all necessary order details with your payment, including the part numbers of all items, your complete shipping address, phone number and email address.
